Chicken and ribs! Trial run for our first competition next weekend :). Oh, pribabaly a few fatties thrown in there too :)
 
Camping on Saturday, will be teaching scouts about grilling burgers! Probably a chicken on Sunday - or eating whatever ground beePh is lePht over.
 
If this damn rain ever stops, I got an 8 lb. sirloin roast waiting. We'll see...
 
Brisket and jerky............but hopefully not the brisket becoming jerky. :oops:
 
I'm hoping the rack of Baby Back ribs I defrosted for last weekend are still smelling freash in the fridge.

Brisket.... yummmmm... maybe I should drive north until I smell the smoke.
 
I'm hoping to get a tri-tip in this weekend. Between the rain and work I'm not so sure it'll get done...
 
Porquetta sandwiches, Bo's Chilli, baked beans, MOINKS for party Saturday. Pulled pork, chicken thighs, possible tri-tip, white chicken chilli for party Sunday. Hope it stops raining soon.
 
Ribeye Friday, ribeye cook-off Saturday afternoon then pork spare ribs to finish off the weekend.
