Hi from Fresno Cali...
Very happy to have found this forum. Came across it last night randomly as I was looking into building my own backyard brick pizza oven of all things (I know weird). I've loved que'ing for years but would say it was the last 2 years that I really came to appreciate the art and science of it all. A friend of mine is giving me his smoker, which I hear is a pretty nice one, and will be my first. Super excited to get it and start learning the ins&outs of that smoker. Again happy to be here and I want to say thanks in advance for the help and tips that have already been posted that I'm sure will be invaluable to me, and hopefully I can contribute back to this community.
