Reheating Turducken
I bought a Tony Cachere's turducken - about 10 lbs.
Cooked it yesterday but didn't eat it. I want to reheat it in the oven for dinner today. Can someone give me advice on how to do it? The turducken is VERY dense. The reason we didn't eat it was it wasn't done by dinner time. Fortunately, we had a regular turkey and a Poobah's Rib Roast too. ;-) Thanks! B
