Default Chicken lolipops

Was wondering if anybody could help. I'm new to chicken lollipops and was looking all over this site to find a thread that shows you step by step how to trim and create these. If anyone could help that be awesome, thanks

Had some a chap here made a few weeks ago, smoked for about 3 hours, they tasted brilliant.
Not sure of the recipe tho, I could find out

I made them for my family a few months ago using some good online tutorials. After my kids looked suspiciously at the lollipops, they ate them and my son unceremoniously announced "those taste just like drumsticks."

I decided that for home cooking, they simply weren't worth the effort. They were fun to make, but I won't bother again. Maybe for a comp you will get more points in the appearance category.
