I've retired the doublestack wood smoker, the Weber, the propane grill and the propane smoker. This thing does it all. I just finished the table last weekend.

Sweet looking table, and although I use my Large BGE for many things, my other smokers still get some use.
My stickburner is hard to beat when it comes to good smokey flavor.

Finishing up the bottom of my BBQ Cave today, and adding the electric and lights.

Will try it out tomorrow doing a hot n fast brisket and also get to test out my BBQ Guru ProCom 4, I see some advantages over the stoker with this unit.

Here's what I'm planning.
The patio is already poured.
The pergola (it'll be covered over the kitchen portion) is going up this summer.
Electric, gas & plumbing will be run this fall/winter.
The rest will go up next year.

These are from the place we used to live. It was built inexpensively with landscape timbers and a steel roof. Have not had time to rebuild here at the new place yet.

Before the bar.

And with the bar.

Sometimes you do need a dinner jacket.

Im almost done with remodeling my patio and adding the "Egg-Center" behind the garage.

Before :

And after - actualy after a lot of hard work and spending quite a bit of $$$...

Still some things to do like taking up the pavers, putting some wood edging o the roof, putting a second coat of paint on the wood, painting the whole friggin house, kiling a couple billion ants and so on.

All work was done by me and some family and friends.

Heres the egg-center, ~17 by 14 foot. I´m planning to build a u-shaped counter where i have my eggs ( one of each size + 2 minis) and the sink and fridge build in towards the wall. The other side will have work space and a bar whith some bar chairs on the other side.

Any suggestions ? I´d like to hear your opinions !

Thanks,

DM
