Some Q from the WGA
My mother-in-law's birthday is coming up so we decided to treat her to some good BBQ. Took my WGA over and prepped a bunch of different stuff on it. I should use this Q more often, so much fun to use.
We had a 'Spanish' theme going so while I fired up the Q, we had some Pata negra and Manchego. Then had a bunch of stuff off the Q: planked salmon, marinated turkey breast (savory marinade I found here), pinchos, marinated scampi and homemade chicken sausages. Except for the salmon and sausages, I used some Lumberjack hickory pellets to add some smoke taste and was surprised how well that came out. Good times! Verzonden vanaf mijn iPhone met Tapatalk
