Default stuffed peppers, sausage, tomatoes w/pron

Smoked peppers stuffed with beef, tomatoes, rice, mozzerella, onion. Smoked Italian sausage. Smoke tomato with mozzerella. Sorry, didnt get pics of the other items. This was all done in a new Master built digital smoker

Nice. While I don't have my master but anymore I liked it. Easy to use. Those stuffed peppers look great.

Very nice. I love stuffed peppers -- with or without a side of doorknobs (whack-a-doodle joke). I like the ingredients you used. Did you use fresh mozzarella?
