Default Rustic Cranberry Nut no knead bread

This turned out excellent. I'm going to try doubling the yeast next time to see if it will make a fluffier bread. This is good, but dense.

If interested I have the recipe here: https://tcfrecipes.home.blog/2020/02...o-knead-bread/

Looks tasty. Love a good dense bread. But I like fluffy too. Heck, I just like good bread.

Looks great, I can only imagine the french toast that could be made from it.

I think blooming the yeast (up to a tsp) in the water with a tsp of sugar for 5 minutes may help to get a bit more rise. Yours looks really good Dean compared to pic on the recipe.
