I was watching Man vs Food and they were in Atlanta atFox Brothers BBQ.
They were talking a little about chicken fried ribs. This just seems wrong, but people weee saying it’s great. I was wonder who has tried this and how was it. |

They are amazing. Best use of leftover smoked ribs. I put them on the menu at the bbq place I worked at and they were our best appetizer. With a commercial fryer it is fun to play around with frying everything .
Here's a few shot of ones I made testing them out a few weeks before opening I also highly recommend deep frying burnt ends. http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=255781
