Default First time ribs

Took the recipe for All American Show Stopping Juicy Pork Ribs and went with it. My 3 year-old daughter helped "paint" and "salt" the ribs.

Ready to pull.

On my plate with some corn and pasta salad.

They were pretty awesome. My son even ate a couple bones, and he doesn't like ribs... according to him. He's only had restaurant ribs, which are pretty bad and God awful compared to these.

A nice plate of food you got there. Maybe your son will switch to eating ribs at home now

They were definitely great. Took a couple to the hospital for my father-in-law to try. He had them for dessert and didn't talk again until the bones were clean. Glad I kept a few aside for tomorrow's lunch.

Looks good. Some of my fondest memories are of my daughter "painting" whatever I was grilling. Also, some of the most heart-stopping moments when she would be reaching over those hot coals.
