I was worried about getting the racks in and out and was thinking of using something like this http://www.swagelok.com/search/find_products_home.aspx?part=SS-4-RB-2. And a eyelet bolt from the outside if needed

So would love more input would you do it different? If so why? I just want to get the most out of them, and the best Q. Also do you have to have a damper on the stack for cooking, I think the intake should do it.

Crazy what you can do when you read the directions, this its a 3lbs stainless pizza pan I found on ebay to use as a defuser if needed.
