Default Friday Night Snapper

Grilled the last of my Gulf Shores, AL vacation left overs!! I guess I'll have to go back to Arkansas catfish now!!



Marinated in Italian salad dressing for a few hours in the fridge.


Onto the grill.




Note to self: Don't forget to spray fish basket with Pam!!!


Turned out good anyway!! Beer makes everything better :)

Lived in Pensacola for a couple of years and sure know what you mean about Red Snapper from Alabama, good stuff!
