Default San Antonio/San Marcos/New Braunfels Brethren

If you have not tried the vacuum packed pre-seasoned tri-tip at Granzins(New braunfels), you are missing out. Some good stuff Maynard. Runs about $3.69/lb.

I have such fond memories of Granzin's. Back when I lived in NB, it was a weekly Saturday morning stop to refuel the fridge. They had the biggest damned round steaks I've ever seen! Pretty decent ham steaks too, as I recall. But that was 20 years ago, before the Ford place hid them from view and before they added all the groceries in front.

I second your idea - if it comes from there, it's gonna be good stuff.

Granzins is doing great. You can hardly get into the place on Saturday morning especially if it is a holiday. Great service, even if it is packed, it does not take long. They have plenty of help.
