Default Having some Fun!! 500 Gal worth

I wanted to post up some photos from a couple of weekends ago. I cooked 21 Slabs of Ribs, 100 sausages, and 80pcs of Chicken. Everything came out great no complaints. I'm still working on that bite through skin on the chicken. It's always kicked my Butt!!!

Thanks.... It was a the biggest cook I've ever done. I'm used to cooking a bunch of Pork Butts (12) and maybe 5 slabs of ribs and 20 sausages. The ribs is what had me worried, but it all came together for me!!
