Love the smell of HOT BUTT in the morning
Preppin for a wedding gig
32 lbs of BUTT from DEPOT BUTTS in at 10pm - had to have a few with the neighbor to 'make sure' everything was 'ok' Cruising from midnite to 5am 5 hours temp bout 135 NO FOIL...wrapped at 195* bout noonish - 14hrs Ended up with 14.9 lbs of cryovac - from 32lbs. YES, the family ate Q' for the last 2 days which brought down the total LBS. FABulous <--actually, it was FAB-free! KEEP SMOKIN~~ Gran Pappy of Pork

Very nice, I was a little startled when you got <50% yield, but then I read the part about family snacking before packing. Completely acceptable!
