...I guess it would be Fall chicken.

I started off with some Cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and shredded cheddar. Mixed those together and added some Heath Riles Honey Chipotle and Smokin' Guns Hot (thank you Suds and Swine for the Smokin' Guns).

I seasoned up some boneless, skinless thighs seasoned with Heath Riles Honey Chipotle and added a stuffed baby portabella or a stuffed jalapeno.

Wrapped them in bacon. Because bacon makes everything better!!:biggrin1: and topped them of with the Smokin' Guns Hot.

...but wait, I had to wait for the wife to return from the store before the chicken went on. I had some extra stuffed jalapenos so I did some poppers while I waited. I used the Smokin' Guns Hot and into the drum.

Plated (we don't use fancy plates) and served just in time to watch NASCAR. BTW, it was a very boring race.

Crap, I cant figure out why my pics turn sideways when I post, but their fine when they are saved on the computer. Sorry about that folks.
 
My wife saw these bacon wrapped chicken stuffed with stuffed mushroom and simply said to me, so when you going to make them.....

It looks great!!!

I did the mushrooms for my wife. She's not a big fan of jalapenos.

Mine did it too. What I do is after transferring the photos to my laptop I open the photo in Paint and then minimize the picture to 50% and save. Straightens it every time. Now if only I could figure out how to insert text between photos.
 
Looks fantastic buddy. Best looking yard bird I've seen all day! You'll be cooking some of these at the Southwest bash right?!!
 
Carl, the chicken looks great. I bet they were very tasty. Tell us a little more about the taters. I luv some taters.

They are pretty simple, but tasty. I just cut up some of the small golden potatoes and put them in a foil pan a little EVO and salted butter. Add some spices of your liking. Throw them on the disco and cook until done. I added some fresh green beans to this batch.
