Default Another Breakfast idea

Chinese Omelet:
Chop bacon/ham or Pulled Pork into dice and do the same with an onion, into the frypan till colored.
Pour lightly beaten eggs over and cook, layer fresh tomato slices and scallion slices and hit it with a drizzle of Hoisin sauce and chili sauce.



If you like it goes well on some toasted bread
