Andy? Crash a bash with Malort? Never...

We're less than three weeks away and I have no idea what I want to cook

Can you all take a few minutes and update the sign up spreadsheet so I know what everyone is making?

Also, we have plenty of room, so spread the word!

I still don't know either. Thinking either the Salmon Candy or Chicken Lollipops this time around. Anyone have a preference?

I'm a fan of salmon.

Made a habanero peach cobbler and co-workers were my taste testers and they declared it fit to eat. So hope y'all like it.

I would enjoy either. Amy is not a seafood eater, but there is never a shortage of choices of things to eat

Unfortunately no home-brew this year. I got behind schedule and ran out of time. I will bring a 30-pack of Hamm's though.

After much thought and a couple of test cooks, I will be making some grilled lemongrass spicy beef skewer things w/dipping sauce.

I know I posted this on Facebook also, but those who need cooler space how much do you need and what temps do you need to run. I can easily bring my bigger smoker! Any suggestions for food? Was thinking of doing a big meat or ribs, been keeping any eye on amount of people

If any of you all would like to do a little bit of bass fishing before the bash, please let me know. There's a small lake nearby full of small, finicky, easily spooked bass that would love to meat you!!

So you're saying that you're cooking bass at the bash?

We can eat them but they are pretty toxic.

I still haven’t figured out what to cook

Keep the time frame in mind. Ribs would probably be ok, but I would do anything that takes longer.

I am thinking about whipping up a couple of special fatties, so if you decided to bring the big cooker I could use a little space.
