Default First cook on my new Weber 22.5 otg

Cooked a chicken which i brined along with a butternut squash. it was the juiciest chicken i remember eating. i'm hooked...

I have 8 cookers...most of which cost more than my OTG Kettle....the one cooker I would not be without is the Kettle. Easy to move, consistent cooker and easy to make clean smoke with. I love my Kettle and you will as well.

The butternut squash took about 1 1/2 hrs. I smoked at 300-325. It was on the small side though. I had a couple of small chunks of hickory wood along with charcoal. Nice smokey flavor.
