I guess I like mine medium.

Depends on the cut.
Filet I like blue or rare.
Rib eye on the bone medium rare .
Medium to well done is never my choice, but sometimes a host serves it so you eat it and go yum yum.
 
Nice post. My neighbor order filet, well done and then puts A1 on it...........:shock: I just SMH and say, at least I'm not paying for it. I like mine rare with a real hot sear on the outside.
 
Simple, 118', brush with butter rest for five minutes and with BEER!!!

Medium Rare for me and for some reason Sirloin is my go to steak.

With the understanding that I refuse very little red meat. :mod:
 
I like med rare on most cuts of meat. The rest of my family like their's completely charred and destroyed. ..lol..
 
I guess I need to adjust my previous statement. Having found the "Caveman" method a few weeks back, I gotta say that is the best steak I, have ever had. Nice charred outside with a barley warm rich red to pinkish center for about 90% of the steak. It was delicious.
