They are pretty simple, but tasty. I just cut up some of the small golden potatoes and put them in a foil pan a little EVO and salted butter. Add some spices of your liking. Throw them on the disco and cook until done. I added some fresh green beans to this batch.

Nice job on the grub. I am going to have to throw the mushroom plan at my love...she likes the shroom!

As far as sideways pics, I found out that when I rotate my phone counter-clock ways and take a sideways picture, they always end up correct on here after they load. If I am holding my phone up and down for a picture, they end up like yours. Not sure why?
