Chuck rib is chuck eye?
My local butcher shop had this steak yesterday. It was labeled "chuck rib" and was $5.99/lb. I did a double take at the price because it was sitting between $$$ prime ribeye and Wagyu cuts. This particular shop only sells prime beef and I've never left there spending less than $20.
I think chuck rib = chuck eye which is almost ribeye? If so, I think I was very lucky with this find!

I absolutely love chuck eye steaks and that sure looks like one. Great find for sure.
