Default Pulled pork, BBQ beans, SLCs, baby backs and sausage oh my! (pics)

My little cousin wanted spare ribs for his birthday. So in comes big cousin to cook for his bday. I decided to cook up some pork butts as well, to fill up some more space in the pit. Planing on freezing most of the butt for later but it's still in the pit. Then my friend heard I still had some space in the cooker and brought over 3 rack of BBs. Decided to put the trimmings from the butts to good use and made some sausages as well. I inject my pork butts and use pretty sweet but rather spicy rub. I use a non sweet spicy rub on my ribs. I do wrap, and I add some sweet at that point.

The cook:
2, pork butts.
3, racks of spares. (2 cut SLC)
bbq beans in the dutch oven on the bottom of the smoker
3, racks BBs.
About 12 sausages.

Dinner was great. I will probably post a couple of pics of the pork when it comes off.
