So I tried their beef sausage and country blend tonight after not caring for their brat's I tried the other day.

Completely different outcome.

These were flavorful, juicy, and overall outstanding. Even my wife who is not a big fan of grilled sausage in general and prefers steak enjoyed them.

These were outstanding and I would do them again any time.

The left over country blend ones I sliced up and will be put in my pasta tomorrow night. :)
 
Not always but if I have time. I will slow simmer, about 20 minutes precooked Sausage in water before grilling. May be my imagination but the casing seems better and the meat seems to rehydrate and expand revealing a slightly coarser grind.

Sometimes I’ll reverse that. Grill first then simmer in onions beer stock etc.

Sometimes after either of these I will slice and pan fry
