Default Brisket or Burgers?......BOTH.

Picked up a 15 pound choice packer.Too much meat for us at one time.I prefer it freshly cooked rather than reheated.I decided to cut off the portion of the flat that was not protected by the point and make a burger grind.Good decision.

















I was so hungry that I almost forgot the cooked pic.American cheese,pickles,red onion,mustard mayo.Tastee burger.

I have read where you can take brisket fat and mix it with venison and have an awesome burger but I will have to try this as well!!
