Default Double R Ranch-SRF Choice Flat Iron Steaks

Beautiful piece of choice grade beef. Had a really good fire going on a multiple meat cook. Seasoned with KS and CBP and let them sit for about thirty minutes. About 3 minutes each side then wrapped tight in foil. Perfect just under medium. Juicy and tender. Not fork tender, but was super simple to cut. The juiciness and beef flavor were really more than I expected.

I’m a believer. Wished I’d ordered more than 4 during the half price special. They were marked as 8oz.

Good stuff
