Default burgers/homemade buns

I usually grind chuck for burgers but I keep some frozen ones on hand for when I don't feel like grinding them up.
Also made some homemade buns. I finally had some turn out really good. I also used my cast iron griddle down below. I made buns on there and when almost done I moved up top to cook burgers down below. Some buns had poppy seed and some had John Henrys, Tammy's herbal rub.

Thanks all. I cooked buns below. Then moved up top when I put burgers on. The burgers are actually pretty decent for premade. Giant Eagle store brand.
