What would be so flammable there? I only see the smoker that might be a problem, but if it does throw out heat at all he could line it with some insulation.

Maybe I'm missing something in the picture though.

Love that setup BTW, a tile top outside must be so nice for cleanup and prep.

That is one impressive setup and it looks amazing. What's it like keeping that thing clean and shiny since it isn't covered? I know that I have a time keeping my stainless kitchen sink in the house looking good, can't imagine if it was outside!
