Did a small smoke this weekend just to get my Lang 84 out of the garage. Not alot of action in the Florida circuit during the summer. About an hour before lunch here, so these pics should get the east coast guys riled up.

They were some of the best I've done in a while. Fresh rub ingredients, and the Lang out of the garage. All this talk makes me want to leave work early and fire it up.
