Brisket & Butt
I done this brisket (left) and pork butt on right a few years ago, bad thing, I don't remember how I done them I've haven't been close either. I have to look thru my notes

I think you used apple juice, sugar and rub. I bet the rub was Famous Dave's.

Getting closer! Brown sugar I guess was injected, or maybe mixed with apple juice, Dang it!. I found some info. Cooked with charcoal and chunks of wood, wrapped in foil at 160's/F. Becomming Sherlock holmes for sure.
