"Simply Marvelous" Monster burger and homemade tater chips/ pRon
Last night I was hungry for one of those big, sloppy, drippin' off your chin kinda burgers. And here's the rest of the story;
The players; This of coarse along with all the usual condiments, mayo, ketchup, mustard etc....Decided to try some homemade tater chips. The prep: Patties on the grill, seasoned with Simply Marvelous Peppred Cow: While the burgers cook: saute` the shrooms and jalepenos; Oh! and looky there, some bacon popped up; Cheese on the patties....American and pepper jack; The build; Fried up the chips and seasoned lightly with Simply Marvelous Season All and Sweet and Spicey, if you haven't tried this you should, the chips were fantastic: I'm tellin' ya Brothers and sisters, this really hit the spot, every bit as good as I hoped for. Hope you enjoyed the show! KC

You should give it a whirl, easy peasy. If you have a four sided type grater, there is usually one side that has a slicer style cutter, just run your taters across that, deep fry at 350-375 till crispy, flavor with seasoning.
