Wanted to try something new - picked up some top round , marinated over night and put a salt/pepper/garlic powder rub on about 2 hours before smoking - smoked on offset to an IT of 120 - then on the gasser for 90 seconds a side - tented for 15 minutes and sliced thin

Done similar cooks a few times and it always turned out great. Yours looks beauty.
