That was some great looking food, American BBQ at a German Wedding, but where was the Sauerkraut? I make a Rhineland style sauerkraut from a pork rib base that my mother used to make for all of our family's events. I was born in "Gau_Odenhiem" on the Rhine. That was a beautiful Torte also. Nice Job.
