Ran across this site while looking for a recipe to incorporate horseradish in an Armadillo Egg (never did find it though). Looks like a great site, and I should learn a lot.

I've been cooking low and slow for around 10+ years for friends and family and get roped into the occasional banquet.

Presently cooking on a mobile offset that I made about 4 years ago. It has served me well.

I'm looking forward to chatting and sharing ideas with all of you.
