You absolutely can. Just be prepared to have the time of your life. You will meet some of the best people in the world and have the most fun you have had in years. I highly recommend it!

BINGO!!! having fun is what it's all about.
I have a home built trailer cooker but mostly compete on ProQ's and a Weber grill. This weekend the trailer cooker will be there kicking out food for the crowd but all the comp meats will be done in ProQ's and a ceramic.
