Dutch Oven: Kassler (Pork Loin)
This was my first DO cook. I've had the 10" for over a year and finally used it.
Pork Loin with potatoes, onions cubed bacon, leeks and brussel sprouts. No finished pics, pharking camera died! Great flavor and it was soooo simple. Next week I think I'll try Cowgirls Stuffed Onions.
