Default Dutch Oven: Kassler (Pork Loin)

This was my first DO cook. I've had the 10" for over a year and finally used it.
Pork Loin with potatoes, onions cubed bacon, leeks and brussel sprouts.

No finished pics, pharking camera died!

Great flavor and it was soooo simple. Next week I think I'll try Cowgirls Stuffed Onions.

I used 12 top and 12 bottom for 1.5 hrs

Here's the recipe:
10"-12“ DO
1 tbs Butter
2 onions
10oz Smoked bacon - thick
8 potatoes
1lb Pork Loin, sliced
1lb Brussel Sprouts
1-2 Tsp Vegetable Broth powder or 1 bouillon
Salt, Pepper, paprika
Grillbriketts

Rub DO with butter
Chop the onion and half of the bacon into cubes, slice the leeks and mix it up and add to the DO.
Add 1 cup of water and Powdered broth.
Slice potatoes and layer over onion, bacon and leeks.
Season.
Layer Pork loin slices over potatoes.
Layer Brussel sprouts over pork loin.
The rest of the potatoes on top and the rest of the bacon.

12 coals top and 12 bottom for 1.5 hrs
