Default Beer chicken, moinks, ribs and stuffed red bell peppers

Chicken and ribs.

Stuffed peppers

peppers and moinks

Chicken is done.

For desert I made a cappuccino cheesecake from scratch.

I think I upset the whole neighborhood. Some of them even stopped by to see what was cooking.
Burning oak smells so delicious.
All done on the dual 55 gal drum smoker.

Looks like a truly successful cook.

What did you stuff in the Bell's?

Also, what is the pie/cake?

Stuffed Red Bell Peppers, I made this up myself, not outta any book.
And it was a huge success. Feel free to use it, or change it as you see fit.

Four Red bell peppers, sliced in half and cleaned.
Two 8 ounce cream cheese.
One pound of Italian sausage.
1/2 cup of onion
Jalapenos up to you for taste.
one tablespoon of prepared garlic or 2 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste.

As stated, it was very well received. They are def on the list to make again.

The cake is a cappuccino cheese cake.
Cooked in a traditional oven, no smoker involved there.
