AFNG (Another Farkin New Guy) from Florida signing in. I actually joined October 2010 so I could learn the Brethren language and customs so as not to offend and to view the excellent "Q" pics.
I have to say that besides the fantastic chefs/cooks on this site the sense of humor and camaraderie here is awesome.
I found this place thanks to Cowgirl and followed her over here. I hope to be a worthy contributor to this fine site.
I have been BBQ'n/Smoking since I was first allowed to play with fire many moons ago. My family cooks a whole pig every year on Christmas Eve. We started the tradition when I was 7 years old and that was 45 years ago so I have quite a few whole hogs under my belt.
I am a Weber fan and have a Genisis gasser (on its 18th year), Silver kettle, and WSM.
