Made this Chicken breast, stuffed with Prosciutto & smoked gouda cheese. But my wife is tired of all the smoked meats I have made lately, so this one has to go in the oven! :evil:

Looks great so far. I understand what your wife is saying. I work around it all day and it's nice to have a salad once in a while.
 
Very nice - nothing wrong with an oven once in a while, especially to keep peace in the house.

All done and cleaned the kitchen. That is why I like to farkin cook outside.

Here is the scoop, 3 small bunches of broccoli cleaned and steamed, white button mushrooms sliced and pan fried in butter, !/2 lb farfalla pasta cooked al dente. The sauce is a basic bechemel with sherry. Reserve some of the water from the pasta 1/4 cup or so, and then combine all the ingredients and simmer while adding the pasta water to your desired consistency.
