Default Citrus Chicken and Lime Rice

First attempt at posting a cook. Was raining last night, so pics are a little dark (under the patio). It was late, so went with the gas grill for a quick cook. Marinated some chicken thighs overnight in a blend of orange, lime, and lemon juice with some garlic and olive oil. Made some lime rice (and at the last minute threw some frozen ears of corn on). Tried this once before - longer marinate time improved it considerably.

Looks good, now I want chicken and rice. I made lime rice a couple years ago for the first time and now it’s one of my favorite easy side dishes to make, I use the zest of 1 lime and The juice of 2 limes then add some cilantro leaves when the rice is done. Good stuff!

That sounds good. Very similar to the marinade I use for boneless skinless chicken breasts for fajitas. A like a splah of tequila in mine!
