The Never Never.
No cheese or battered onions rings, no bacon, just garlic aoli and tomato, lettuce and grilled onions. Old fashioned.
Cooked the steak on the CI modded WGA.

Thread title made me hungry for a chopped burger, salisbury steak. I wouldnt waste a actual steak on a bun though.

If you are a chopped burger/Salisbury steak guy, then that is that.
Steakburgers are a thing here, it's our heritage, special Sundays we woud have then for lunch, if Dad was feeling generous. 'Waste' trust me, it isn't 'wasted'.
 
Great to see you cooking again. We just call it a steak sandwich. No matter what the bread.
