Howdy brethren,
I smoked a couple of butts this weekend, and I'm going to try to show them off (if I manage the photos correctly.) One was just under 5 pounds (rubbed with minced garlic and Adobo seasoning), the other was just over 6 pounds (rubbed with one of my concoctions.) I smoked them both between 225 and 250 - the smaller one for 7.5 hours, the other for 9.5 hours.) They tasted great.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture after I pulled the meat. But, I did remember to take a couple of shots.
