Take any recipie for Mac N Cheese and dont cook it in the oven.
Put it in the smoker and add 1 Hour to the cook time.

Take your favorite Mac & Cheese recipe. Cook in the smoker instead of the oven.

After mixing it, I put it in smaller baking dishes for going onto the cooker, more crispy edges this way. I think it's easier to control too. Go easy on the smoke, cheese really soaks it up.



Something else to consider......if you have some smoked cheddar add some of that too. It even makes oven mac and cheese goooooood.

Looks good Wayne...I just use smoked cheese in my recipe.
