Hey Brethren,

Been spending more time cooking than posting, but it's been worth it. Me and the new BWS Competitor are finally becoming friends, and the wife and I are signed up for the Sam's Club KCBS comp in Medford... so the off-season practice is well under way. Thought I would drop a few pics of some recent output, between the BWS and the UDS... Ribs and brisket from the BWS, ATB's and Buffalo-BBQ wings off the UDS, and some BWS maple pit-beans.
