I just did that with panoramic feature of iphone 4s built in camera software. It stitched it together dynamically.

In the 70s, Weber made something called a "Coulie Pan", now commonly referred to as a Weber Wok. That one in the pic is an original Coulie Pan from the mid 70's. Even came with the original hand hammered wok tools.

I've always want one of those but could never really justify it

Craig's List for about 20% of what it's worth, otherwise I couldn't have justified it either.

This area was originally just home to a Weber Kettle and a future small offset when we designed it and had it built...

Looks like I should have consulted a psychic

Earl is a little beast :) Small yet GIGANTIC! Love it! I am not sure what that other smoker is; was it custom as well? When did you get that one?

Obviously, I'll assume you recognize Major, my mini, and my Kettle (with his brand new cover). So I'll assume you are talking about Colt. He is my Superior Smokers SS2 that I won in November for the Gainesville Jaycees Empty Stocking Fund raffle. Andy Bangs (abangs) does a raffle here twice per year (?) and I scored that bad boy (shipped) with the purchase of three $20 raffle tickets!

Lovely :) Glad you won it! I'm going to read up on that cooker to see how it works. (It looks like it is about the same size as Earl's CC.) [EDIT: WOW a $2400 cooker you won! Awesome!]

I won my GMG Davy Crockett pellet smoker on Harry Soo's giveaway. He's always doing giveaways. You just have to enter them each day religiously to improve your chances of winning. I did this for months the first round of giveaways and didn't win anything. The second round of months of entering, I won the pellet smoker :)

Sweet!

Yeah, it was quite the score! There was also an SS3 and a SF trailer cooker as part of the giveaway as wwell as some smaller prizes.

The cook chamber is very similar to Earl with (3) 2'x2' racks, though I think I have more adjustability in Earl since I have 5 rack positions.

You're dog knows exactly where to be when the action happens. I constantly find tongs and gloves around the yard!

PICS from the farm. It will be a very busy place this weekend. Back to back cooks everyday. Plus one of em' is extra special,.. dad's b-day.
It's a relaxing environment. You need binoculars to see my neighbors. I do my camp fires in the middle there,...thats every weekend too. Stay outta bars and under the stars !!
