Alright, here's the second smoke and my wife thinks it's getting better. She still laughs when I take pictures though. Italian Herb Chicken. Smoke for 1 1/2 hours then wrapped in foil and smoked for 45 minutes.

How was the skin after foiling? There was a thread that asked about that very thing somewhere around here.
 
The skin turned out beautifully and the seasoning I put on it was an homemade Italian Herb Blend. The chicken turned out very moist and had a great flavor.
