Bacon is the crack cocaine of the food world.

Pork bellies top, on the left and right.....rubbed in paprika:



and pulled and cut at about 140f, ready for the frying pan:



Heck for that matter......some smoked back bacon too:



I fed 2 small pieces to a buddy yesterday and as he had the second piece in his mouth he uttered "I do not want to swallow this.......it tastes so good".
