First Brisket On The Offset

I have cooked a few brisket before but this is the first on the new to me Tejas offset.

14.68lbs prime Costco packer rubbed with a layer of salt and a layer of pepper. Cooked over a mix of oak and pecan.

Its resting in a cooler now. Will update with sliced pics later

Nothing better than brisket on an offset. Looking great!
