All you sauce makers from the upper midwest listen up.
The 2nd annual Great Aberdeen Pig Out is July 10th 2004 in Aberdeen SD.
This will be the 2nd year in a row they will host a bbq sauce contest.
They have both amateur and professional divisions, with cash and trophys given to the winners. Including a "peoples choice" award voted on by the public.
Entry fees are $15 for amateur, $25 for professional, PER SAUCE ENTERED.
Catagories are: Sweet. Spicey.
