Default Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus!!!!!!

Earlier in the week, Peoria Cookers sent me photos of my smoker being built and said that it would be done by Friday. Yesterday, my wife and I drove Pekin, IL and got the first look at my new smoker. What can I say - when we walked in the door there it was, and WOW, the detail and craftsmanship is outstanding. It's built like a sherman tank. We made some changes to the basic model, like the trailer we had made like the meat monster with removable tongue so it would be more compact and easier to store, we added an insulated firebox, aluminum wheels and fenders, an extra temp gauge and had them both moved down to grate level, and added an extra port opening on the opposite side for additional probe wires. The people at Peoria Cookers were awesome to work with, they didn't just sell me a package unit but worked with me to customize it the way I wanted it. Enough of my excited rambling. Merry Christmas Brethern. Thanks for all your input and ideas to help me create my perfect smoker.
